This turkey cobb salad is so delicious but also nutrient dense! It pairs perfectly with your favorite salad dressing.
I love to make this salad for lunch during the week. It’s super filling but not heavy. You could easily meal prep this salad, so you have it in the fridge easy to grab. It pairs really well with Italian or ranch dressing.
You can customize this salad to your likes. If you would rather use chicken, use chicken. If you don’t like tomatoes, leave them off. It will be just as tasty!
Did you know you can air fry eggs to make hard boiled eggs? I had no idea until just today when I went to make this salad! I’ve always neglected to make them often because I dislike the process. To make them in the air fryer you set the temperature and cook for 16 minutes and that’s it! This way makes less dishes, less mess, and fool proof! This is the only way I’ll be making them from now on!
