Indulge in these oatmeal chocolate chip cookie bars. These are thick and chewy, with dark chocolate chips in every bite.
These are so great for potlucks, parties, gatherings, you name it! You can cut them into as big or small of squares as you want to fit your needs.
Chocolate chip cookie lovers with devour these. These are so much better than just a cookie though. The are nice and thick for a dreamy bite, and they have the best sweet and salty flavor combination. In the recipe I used salted butter and salt to add a nice contrast to the rest of the sweetness in the recipe. Plus, dark chocolate pairs wonderfully with salt as well. You can use regular chocolate chips though if you prefer though.
These will stay good on the counter for many days as long as they are stored in an airtight container.
