These air fryer meatballs are the perfect last minute dinner idea. Only five ingredients and you can have them ready to eat in just 15 minutes!
If you are ever in a jam and waited too long to cook dinner, these are the answer! These are one of the quickest and most delicious meals. From start to finish you can have these on the table ready to eat in just 15 minutes! You can’t beat that.
Cooking these in the air fryer gives them a nice crust on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. Using the air fryer is a lot faster than cooking them in the oven as well. You can cook them in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer though. Cook them at 400 degrees until they have an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Pizza Palooza Seasoning can be purchased at stores like TJMAXX or on Amazon. The brand has tons of other yummy spices, but I gravitate towards this one the most. It’s great in lasagna, on pizzas, and especially in these pork meatballs.
Ingredients
- Ground Pork
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pizza Palooza Seasoning
Instructions
- Combine the ground pork, the egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and the Pizza Palooza seasoning in one bowl.
- Mix together with your hands until all the ingredients are distributed throughout the pork evenly.
- Using a tablespoon, portion out the meat and roll it into a ball. Do this with all the meat until you run out. Should make 25 meatballs.
- Cook the meatballs for 9 minutes at 400 degrees in the air fryer. Don’t crowd them in the air fryer. Cook them in multiple batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Serve plain as an appetizer or with pasta and sauce.
