Beef and noodles is a quick and easy lunch or dinner that is so savory and hearty. It is amazing leftover too!
I love a good 30-minute meal! It makes the weeknights feel like I have so much more time to just accomplish things are just hang out with my family. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way.
This beef and noodles recipe is so flavorful but also so simple. Kitchen staple ingredients and family friendly. I served some green beans alongside this that I found in my freezer from my garden a couple years ago. They tasted just as good as the day I picked them. All I did was sauté them with a little butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Didn’t even thaw them. Just threw them right in the pan frozen. I’m so excited that it is almost time for fresh garden produce again because my stockpile is running low!
Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I think this meal is just as good leftover as it fresh, sometimes even better! Something about letting the flavors sit together over night makes it that much more delicious. Either way, there won’t be any of this that goes to waste!

You didn’t specify an amount, but I used one small onion. So easy, and the whole family loved it! I think it would also be good with some frozen veggies added, so I’ll try that next time.
