This grapefruit cocktail is the perfect beverage for the winter holidays! Grapefruit are abundant and are at their best so what better way to enjoy them than in drink form.
The sorbet makes the drink nice and cold without watering it down, plus makes is frothy. The lemon lime soda adds the bubbles and some sweetness to the mix. The vodka just makes it fun (haha). You can totally leave out the vodka if you want to make it family friendly. It’s really good both ways!
This recipe is very forgiving so if you want more soda, less soda, more sorbet, or whatever combination, it will turn out delicious either way!

I love that the lemon-lime soda adds that bubbly sweet flavor. The vodka is a fun twist. Very customizable, adjust according to taste.

I don’t drink alcohol but this makes a great mocktail as well, with just the lemon-lime soda and the grapefruit sorbet. So tasty and refreshing!
