These taco cups are the perfect appetizer with cheese and seasoned beef in a crispy shell. Top them with your favorite toppings for the ultimate finger food!
Everyone loves tacos. I mean what’s not to love?! They are kind of messy to eat though. Not these! The cup shape holds all the ingredients in, and the cheese melted on the bottom seals the shell, so they don’t leak.
This recipe makes two dozen cups which is such an awesome way to stretch one pound of meat. Such an affordable appetizer option. These are really good leftover as well. Reheat them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for a few minutes and they taste just as good as they were freshly made!
These are a great for tailgates, birthdays, and holiday gatherings. It is fun to serve these with all the toppings on the side so everyone can customize their taco cups. Here is a list of topping that would go great on these.
