These are the best deviled eggs made simply and easily. A great appetizer for any occasion!
People that raise chickens for eggs understand the need to find recipes that use a lot of eggs from time to time. Me being one of those people, I have a very large number of eggs in my possession that I need to do something with. Deviled eggs are an easy and delicious way to use up many eggs.
These aren’t like your traditional deviled eggs. There isn’t a crazy amount of mayonnaise in the filling and there is no paprika in this recipe. I’ve honestly never been a fan of these because I don’t just love mayonnaise. I like it but in small amounts and I felt like that was all you can taste in traditional recipes. These are tangier and, in my opinion, way better! The red onion, mustard and the pickled banana peppers give it great tangy flavor that compliments the egg wonderfully.
Make these for the holidays like Easter, parties, and get togethers. They are a great finger food that are so easy to make!
