The perfect weeknight meal that the whole family will enjoy, beef arm roast. It’s tender, juicy, versatile, and full of that beef flavor everyone loves.
We always have lots of beef in our freezer thanks to my mom and stepdad. They butcher a long horn once or twice a year that they raise and give my family enough to last us months at a time. I think that is one of my favorite gifts I receive. It is the gift that keeps on giving and it benefits my whole family! It’s incredible quality I’m not sure I could eat store bought beef again.
I would highly recommend buying a beef or a portion of a beef from a local rancher. The prices are better than store bought and the quality it amazing, plus you’re supporting local business which is always a bonus. It keeps well in the freezer but you could can a lot of it if you didn’t have a deep freezer.
The roasts are my husband’s favorite. He loves it when I cook them because there are so many ways you can use this cut of meat. From plain, to sandwiches, to tacos, it’s just so good any way you want it. The simple flavors make it a great meat for any dish.
