Super easy to make brisket French dip sandwiches! Thinly sliced brisket and Swiss cheese toasted in a hoagie then dipped in au ju, pure deliciousness!
There are so many ways to use leftover brisket, but this sandwich has made the top of the list! The brisket really shines, and it is so tender since it is sliced thinly. This is the best comfort meal.
I recommend getting a meat slicer if you love and eat a lot of sandwiches. Deli meat has become so expensive it’s worth it to make your own. The meat slicer I have was $50, it works great, and it is easy to clean. I got a Chefman and got it from Amazon. This is my third Chefman appliance and I love and use them all frequently. This slicer isn’t just for meat, you can slice vegetables, cheese and fruit. You can slice a whole brisket and all the sandwich toppings in a matter of minutes.
These sandwiches are the perfect weeknight meal because they are quick and easy to get on the dinner table.
