Fresh raspberries and blackberries mixed into the batter is what makes these waffles so good! An easy breakfast that the whole family will enjoy.
These waffles are the perfect breakfast for those busy mornings when you are short on time. Have these on the plate ready to eat in under 30 minutes! I plan to make some flavor of waffles a couple times a week once my oldest starts school this fall.
These are just as tasty leftover. One of the many reasons why I love waffles is they reheat wonderfully in a toaster. You can also make a couple batches of these and then freeze them and then reheat them in the toaster for a super quick breakfast. Plus, these are a much healthier option than the frozen ones sold at the grocery store.
For this recipe I used a mini dash waffle maker. If you don’t have one you may need to adjust the amount of batter you put in your waffle maker. I always gravitate towards this size of waffle maker because my kids are younger, and one waffle is the perfect size for them. I’m sure I will have to upgrade to a much larger one as they get older.
Some other breakfast foods you should try are my Banana Pancakes, French Toast, Sausage Egg Muffins, and Bacon Cheddar Quiche.
