From start to finish you can have these air fryer pumpkin pinwheels ready to eat in 15 minutes! Such an easy and quick dessert.
Quick and easy desserts is about all I have time for these days. Between chasing my two kids and keeping up with the other tasks of daily living with lots of animals, my time for time consuming recipes is minimal. I feel like this is most families these days. That’s why I love this recipe.
I feel like I always have the ingredients for this on hand, and if I need to make something last minute, that’s no problem with this recipe.
The flavors in this are very similar of a pumpkin pie but with a sweet cream cheese addition. It’s everything you want in a fall sweet treat.
The air fryer makes the tortilla on the outside crispy and the cream cheese mixture melts into the pumpkin puree layer. The texture combination has to be my favorite part about these. They are so irresistible; you can’t eat just one!
Ingredients
- Large Flour Tortillas
