Only four ingredients and less than 30 minutes to make these moist and tender easy baked pork meatballs. A family friendly main course that pairs perfectly with all side dishes.
This meatball mixture is so simple but definitely doesn’t lack in flavor! When making the mixture, it will seem wet, but don’t worry it will form into the meatballs just fine. Your hands are going to get a bit messy but trust the process.
These go great with roasted vegetables, pasta, on a sandwich, you name it. Since they are so simple, they are versatile. My husband made them into a meatball sub sandwich. My kids and I just ate them next to the Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus you see in the background of the photo. You can’t go wrong serving your family these.
I found The Usual All Purpose Blend Seasoning by Fire & Smoke Society at Walmart, but I see you can purchase it on Amazon as well. It’s really a great spice blend to have on hand! It has rosemary, black pepper, salt, cayenne, garlic, and lemon in it. I would imagine this would be good sprinkled on just about anything!
Be sure to try some of my other meatball recipes. For example, my Baked Barbecue Meatballs, Greek Meatballs, Easy Baked Meatballs, and Air Fryer Meatballs. They are all worth trying!
