Lime chicken tacos are made quick and easy in under 30 minutes with kitchen stable ingredients. These are the perfect weeknight meal.
Tacos are my love language. They are my go-to absolute favorite food. If we go out to eat, I almost always choose Taco Bell because I love their tacos. There are a million different combinations, so it is not like you are eating the same food or flavors over and over. These lime chicken tacos are ones I love to make when I’m on a time crunch or have a lime that needs used.
The few Quick Pickled Jalapeno Peppers sprinkled on top really bring these tacos together. They add the perfect little kick and compliment the lime flavor. The ones I used in this recipe are the ones I pickled myself. They are seriously so easy to make and so much better than the store-bought ones. Only a few ingredients are needed, and they keep for a long time in the refrigerator. Try making them yourself, I bet you never go back to buying them!
