These monster cookie energy bites are just the ticket when you are craving something sweet but don’t feel like baking. A quick and delicious bite!
These are great for on the go like going to the park, a long car ride, or a camping trip. They don’t melt in the cooler and are actually quite filling!
You can feel good about feeding your kids this sweet treat. They are full of nutrient dense ingredients that are pantry staples! These would be a great activity for your kids to do, that’s how easy they are to make. Just measure, pour, and mix! A great way to get them involved in the kitchen and help prepare their own snacks.
This is a very forgiving recipe. If you only have crunchy peanut butter, use that. If you don’t have the mini M&M’s or semi-sweet chocolate chips, you could use any type of chocolate chips you already have, or Reece’s pieces would be yummy too. I love to use whatever leftover candy we have from the holidays to use in these to use it up.
These keep well in the fridge for many days. The recipe also is easy to double or triple. No special adjustments needed, follow the recipe the same way just with more ingredients.
