This Ninja Creami mango ice cream is the epitome of summer with the convenience of canned mango. It’s so creamy and fruity.
Mango meets ice cream in this recipe and wow it is a match made in heaven! You know what the best thing about this recipe is though, it uses canned mango! I wanted to use an accessible product that you could find year around.
This ice cream is so refreshing and has the best texture. Way better than anything you could buy!

Ingredients
- Canned Mango Slices in Heavy Syrup
- Heavy Cream
- Whole Milk
- Granuled Sugar
Instructions
- Open the can of mango slices and drain all the juice out. Measure out 3/4 cup worth of the mango slices and you are going to blend them until smooth. Set aside the leftover slices for later in the recipe.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and the blended mango. Whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami compatible pint and put on the lid. Place into the freezer on a level surface overnight.
- Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and let sit on the counter for 5 minutes. Then place it into the machine and press the ice cream setting. Remove the pint from the machine.
- Dice up a 1/4 cup worth of the leftover mango slices. Add them on top of the ice cream. Make sure they are pressed down a bit into the ice cream so you can fit the blending lid back onto it. Run the ice cream through the machine once more on the mix-in setting.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer. No need to remix the ice cream when ready to serve.

- 3/4 C Heavy Cream
- 3.4 C Whole Milk
- 1/3 C Granulated Sugar
