Oven roasted asparagus is a simple side dish that is easily prepped in just a few minutes! This pairs well with any kind of protein.
Asparagus is a great way to make a dinner seem fancy and expensive. It is my go-to side when we have date night at home. My husband loves it and I love how easy it is to make. I love to pair it with my Balsamic Margarita Flank Steak or Lemon Butter Grilled Salmon.
One of the ingredients in this recipe is lemon seasoning. I made it myself and you can too! I have a blog post about How to Dehydrate Lemons which you then grind up the dehydrated lemons into a fine powder to make a lemon seasoning. It is so good and is great in savory or sweet recipes.
In this recipe I used an olive oil sprayer. If you don’t have one, get one! They are such a great kitchen gadget. It evenly sprays olive oil on your item, and you end up using less oil which is good. Cheaper and healthier. I love to give these oil sprayers as gifts because they are inexpensive and so handy.
