Peach fritter bites are fried dough filled with hints of cinnamon and peaches for the ultimate breakfast treat. You can have these ready to eat in under 30 minutes!
There’s something about fresh dough hot out of the oil covered in frosting that just hits the spot. I really love donuts but my love for fritters runs deep as well. You can’t go wrong with an apple fritter. Right now peaches are high quality since it’s the peak of the season so I thought a peach fritter would be good and boy was I right!
Each of these are two to three bites, which means you can eat multiple guilt free! They aren’t overly sweet and the combination of the crunchy frosted outside with the fluffly dough with peach chucks is just heavenly. They would be perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a afternoon snack.

Do not use a nonstick pan to heat the oil in.
These are best enjoyed immediately after frying. They will lose their crunchy shell a few hours after cooling.
