These sweet and savory peach glazed pork chops are a weeknight dinner favorite! They turn out juicy and tender every time.
Pork chops are on the menu at my house on a regular occasion. They are quick to prepare and always turn out so delicious. A great option for when you need to get dinner on the table quick or need to feed a crowd.
We ended up butchering a pig a couple weeks ago, so we are fully loaded up on all the best cuts. Our neighbor graciously offered the pig to us and then came over and butchered the whole thing for us in one evening. It was really cool and impressive to watch. He knew all the different ways to cut it up to get different cuts of meat. We ended up with ham, bacon, pork chops, roasts, a few other cuts and some ground pork.
In the short amount of time that we’ve had it in the freezer we have already gone through two packages of the pork chops, a couple packages of the ground and a roast because it’s so delicious. If you ever get the chance to purchase a pig to be processed, do it!
Some sides that would go good with these are The Best Deviled Eggs, Potato Salad, Jalapeno Poppers, Fall Chopped Salad, or this Winter Spinach Salad.
