This no bake cookie recipe is the best one you will find! It is multigeneration perfected, the perfect balance of chocolate and peanut butter and so easy to make.
My dad made these all the time for us when I was growing up. He rotated between these and these Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. He never had to use a recipe he just had them memorized which I think is so neat. I’m hoping someday I can get to where I don’t need a recipe to make my favorite recipes.
These are my go-to dessert option when I don’t want to use the oven or when I want something sweet in a hurry. They aren’t dry like most no bake cookie recipes. These hold their shape well and I think they are the ultimate chocolate and peanut butter cookie. Give these a try and let me know what you think no them in the comments!
