Use that lone extra ripe banana that is on your counter and make these banana pancakes. They taste just like banana bread but much less time consuming to make.
Breakfast is one of my favorite foods to make for my family. We always have bananas on hand for a quick breakfast or snack. Sometimes I buy too many and we have a few that get extra ripe. When this happens, I love to make banana bread but sometimes I don’t want to heat up the house with having the oven on for so long, especially in the summertime. These don’t take nearly as much time to make but taste just like a warm piece of banana bread fresh out of the oven. They are so good they don’t even need syrup!
These are a great food that you can feel good feeding your family. They are healthy, delicious, and made it quality ingredients.
Some other breakfast recipes you should try is French Toast, Blueberry Lime Muffins, Bacon Cheddar Quiche, Peach Fritter Bites, and Apple Cider Pancakes.

I haven’t tried any substitutions but you could try almond flour or oat flour. Let me know if you try it!
