Blackberry peach baked oatmeal is the ultimate summertime breakfast. It’s perfectly sweet and you get a piece of fruit in every bite.
This oatmeal is so amazing fresh out of the oven, reheated, or cold! It has the best flavor and keeps well for several days.
Having a healthy breakfast on hand to feed your family makes life so much easier, especially in the summertime. Being able to just scoop out a portion and microwave it gives me a lot more time to do other things. This usually lasts my family of four about 3 mornings worth. 15 minutes of work for 3 meals, you can’t beat that!
You can substitute other fruits if you don’t have peaches or blackberries on hand. Blueberries and peaches would be really good, but so would just all peaches! Use whatever fruits your family enjoys, just keep the fruit portion the same as the recipe calls for.
