Only five ingredients needed to make this flavorful and not overly spicy homemade buffalo chicken pizza. It pairs great with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
This pizza pairs perfectly with ranch or bleu cheese dressing to dip it into. This is so good leftover as well and reheats really good in the air fryer, microwave, or in a skillet.
My favorite homemade dough recipe is by The Baker Upstairs. I stumbled across this recipe a couple years ago on Pinterest and I’ve been using it ever since. Her Foolproof Pizza Dough is extremely quick and easy to make but also tastes incredible. It really takes homemade pizza to the next level. I’m not even going to try to make my own recipe because I don’t think it gets any better than hers! I highly recommend trying it. This is the recipe I use for all my pizza recipes I share on here.
You can totally buy some dough from a local pizzeria, or use store bought too though for my pizza recipes.

Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- Buffalo Sauce
- Cooked Chicken
- Red Onion
- Mozzarella Pearls
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- To prepare your pizza dough, roll it out into a 12 by 15-inch square on your floured baking sheet. Crimp the edges up a little.
- Spread a 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce in an even layer all across the dough right up to the crimped edges.
- Chop your cooked chicken into small bite sized pieces. Toss in 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce. This keeps the chicken from drying out while it bakes. Put on the pizza, spread out evenly.
- Place the mozzarella pearls, evenly spaced out next. Make sure to not put them right on the edge because when it’s baking, they melt and spread way out.
- Sprinkle the sliced red onion on top and then bake for 12 minutes and then broil on high for 3 minutes. Let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
