I cannot believe it is already December! It might just be me, but this year has flown by. To get into the holiday spirit, I thought some candy cane cookies would help. These are so delicious and taste like Christmas!
These would be perfect for your holiday parties, in a cookie tin you give as a gift, or just to have around the house for your friends and family to enjoy. They look so cute in a glass cookie jar!
This recipe could easily be doubled if you need more than 18 cookies.

Ingredients
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salted Butter
- Light Brown Sugar
- Granulted Sugar
- Egg
- Vanilla Extract
- Candy Cane Hershey Kisses
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- Using a stand mixer, whisk together the light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and the butter for about 3 minutes.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract. Whisk together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Slowly incorporate into the wet batter. Mix until just combined.
