These mini banana bread muffins are the perfect snacks for your kids. They are sweet, moist, and easy for little hands to hold.
The grocery stores have these little packets of muffins, and my kids love them. My children are fairly picky in this instance, they will only eat mini muffins, not regular sized muffins. They are so expensive though. For 20 little muffins they get $4.00. They are one bite a piece I might add. It doesn’t cost nearly that much if you make your own. Plus, you can make these any flavor you like, and they taste better.
We are big banana bread fans in this household. We always have bananas on hand and a few always seem to get too ripe too quick, so it’s my usual go to flavor for breads. Sometimes we add nuts or chocolate chips. All these ways are tasty.
There is something about miniature food that is so fun and enjoyable to eat. I can see why my kids like these so much. You can fit a bunch in your hand, and it only takes a bite or two to eat the whole thing. I can see myself making these a lot when my kids start going to school.
