This spinach artichoke dip is everything you want in an appetizer. It is super easy to make, beyond delicious, and a real crowd pleaser!
This is the type of appetizer you can totally fill up on and then not be hungry for the main course! It is that good. It is savory, not too rich, and the texture is oh so good. This is my go-to appetizer when I’m hosting or going to someone else’s house. Everyone will think you bought it from a restaurant and want the recipe.
This is a great inexpensive appetizer that can serve a lot of people. To make the whole thing plus the side of chips it only costs about $12. It is a safe option for crowds because it is gluten free, vegetarian, and low in sugar. Serving it with corn chips also keeps it gluten free. You can serve it with cubes of French bread too if you don’t need dietary restrictions.
It is really good leftover and keeps well in the refrigerator. To reheat just put it back in the oven at the same temperature in the recipe until the cheese starts to bubble.
This is great for any type of occasion, from birthday parties to holiday get togethers, it fits for them all.
