Crispy baked pork tacos are an easy weeknight meal that pairs perfectly with this spicy, creamy sauce! A mess free way to enjoy a taco.
It’s that time of year again where school nights are hectic and busy. Getting a delicious ad family friendly meal on the table can be a challenge. These tacos are perfect! They are easy and fun to eat, and you can dip them in all your favorite sauces.
If you don’t want to try the spicy sauce I recommended in this recipe, these would be so good dipped in ranch dressing, salsa, sour cream, or no sauce! They are yummy all by themselves!
We eat tacos at least once a week in our house so I’m always of thinking of ways to make them a bit different. The crispy edges and shell of these are so good! If you are a crunchy shell lover these will be right up your alley. My favorite part of these though is the ease that my kids have when eating them. The meat and cheese stays put, and they are easy for them to hold.
Some other taco recipes you should try are my Copycat Taco Bell Chalupa Supreme, Lime Chicken Tacos, Zucchini Taco Boats, and Taco Pizza.
