Burger night is one of my favorites! I could eat them at least once a week. These cheddar stuffed burgers make me want them several times a week. So easy to make and so crazy delicious!

his recipe shows how to cook these on the grill, but they could be cooked on the stove top if you don’t have a grill. I’d use a cast iron skillet if you go that route. I prefer the grill because it adds a nice flavor to the burgers, and I find them to be juicier.
These are good with literally any kind of topping. I usually gravitate towards mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, red onion and lettuce. Pickles, jalapenos, and barbecue sauce would be good on the too. What is your go-to burger toppings?

Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Cheddar Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 325 degrees.
- Chop a block of cheddar cheese up into very small cubes, 1/2 a cups worth.
- Add the salt and pepper to the meat. Mix it into the meat until just combined. Don’t over work the meat.
- Divide the ground beef into 1/4-pound portions. Then divide the four portions in half again.
- Form two of the portions onto the shape of a patty. Put an 1/8 cup worth of the cubed cheddar cheese in the center of one of the patties. Put the other patty on top of it and pressed the edges together. Reshape it so it is the proper shape and isn’t too thick. Do this with each portion until you have your 4 burgers all made.
- Put your burgers on the preheated grill for about 15 minutes, flipping once half way through cooking. Use a meat thermometer to make sure they are the right temperature.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
