This Greek pork roast is slow cooked on the grill with Greek seasonings, lemon juice and olive oil. It is the moist juicy and flavorful roast you’ll ever cook!
I love this recipe because it could not be simpler. Quick to prep and effortless to cook. The hardest part in my opinion is getting my charcoal grill to stay at 300 consistently before I can put the roast on it.
Greek Freak Seasoning is made by Spiceology. I get mine off of Amazon. It is my favorite Greek spice blend. It goes good on seriously everything. It makes life easy too because you don’t have to think about what all to put on it that would pair well together, it is already done for you. I love it on any kind of protein, and it is also great on vegetables. If you don’t have it or don’t want to order some, I know there are several other brands that sell a Greek seasoning that would work just fine as well.
I have a Big Green Egg, so that is why in the photo you can see that red smoke ring on the crust of the pork roast. It grills and smokes at the same time. If you are looking to upgrade your grill, I would highly recommend the Big Green Egg. It’s super user friendly, cooks better than any other grill I’ve used or seen. It’s worth the price tag. In the few years we’ve had ours we’ve never had anything turn out bad on it.
This is my new go-to way to cooking a pork roast. The tenderness, juiciness, and just overall flavor was 10 out of 10. Eat it by itself or chop it up and make a gyro, sandwich, or top a salad with it. You can’t go wrong!

Don’t have a grill. Can
This be done in the oven or a slow cooker??

Yes, I would cook it in the oven in a dutch oven at the same temperature and time as you would to grill it.
