A grilled pork burger is great way to change up burger night! They are beyond juicy, very flavorful, and easy to make.
If you’ve never had a pork burger, you are seriously missing out! This recipe really lets the pork shine with its simple ingredients in the patties and with the toppings. My family’s favorite way to top them is with spicy mustard and a coin of white onion. That’s it. The spicy mustard and onion pair really well with the pork flavor. Trust me, try it this way and you won’t feel the need to try it another.
It’s funny because I never, and I mean never dress a beef burger this way. I love to load up my beef burger with jalapenos, barbecue sauce, lettuce, onion, and cheese. I think it’s because I like the toppings more than the burger. That is not the case with this one. It really is simply delicious.
These pair great with so many side dishes. I would recommend Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes, Easy Chunky Guacamole, and Homemade Salsa.
You could swap out the white onion for these Easy Fried Onion Strings. These would be a great texture and flavor to add.
